As a Lead Mechanic you will oversee our maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our fleet. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of vehicle and machinery repair, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, scheduling routine maintenance, managing inventory, and training junior mechanics. This position requires ASE Certification – Diesel Mechanic preferred, Class A CDL – preferred, strong problem solving skills and attention to detail If you have a passion for mechanics and a track record of success in a leadership role, we want to hear from you!
